Booking Process

Begin by contacting the artist to discuss your vision. Choose your canvas size and the special moment you’d like captured in your painting.

A 25% retainer and a signed contract are required to confirm your booking.

Once both are received, your date is officially reserved on the artist’s calendar.

Pre-Event Consultation and Payment Schedule

Approximately one month before the wedding, the artist and client will hold a virtual meeting to discuss the scene, composition, and details to be captured during the event.

The remaining balance is due two weeks prior to the wedding date.

The artist will arrive 1–2 hours before the event to set up and prepare the workspace.

Reference photos and videos of the selected moment will be captured to guide the creative process.

The live painting session will unfold over 6–8 hours, evolving in real time as the event progresses and offering engaging entertainment for the guests as they witness the painting come to life.

By the end of the evening, the finished painting will be unveiled to the newlyweds.

Artwork Completion and Delivery Information

Because the painting is created with premium oil paints, it will remain tacky to the touch for a period of time. After the initial session, the artist will return the piece to the studio to refine the details and add the final touches.

Once complete, a protective varnish will be applied to preserve and enhance the artwork, ensuring it is ready for display. The estimated completion timeframe is approximately 4–10 weeks, depending on the artist’s schedule.
